Refund & Returns

We want you to be satisfied with the quality and performance of all the products we offer.

We work hard to manufacture products of the highest quality. Furthermore, we guarantee all our products to be free of defects, and to live up to packaging claims.

Damaged or Defective Items

lease e-mail or call us immediately (within 48 hours) if you receive a damaged or defective item. If you have a damaged package, please keep all your shipping materials for 2 weeks in case. UPS needs to check them.

If you are ever not satisfied with one of our products, please e-mail or call us within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will either resolve your problem or give you a Return Authorization # to use to send the product back to us for an exchange or a refund, unless it falls under one of the categories below. We suggest that you insure your returns as Beauty & Health Corporation is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit from you back to us.

Please note, shipping charges are not refundable, however, Beauty & Health Corporation will pay for shipping of replacement item(s), if applicable.

Consumable Goods:

Returns are only accepted if the items are returned in a re-sellable condition. We do not accept returns on consumable items that have been opened.

All unopened food products and supplements MUST be returned by UPS, as they are the only carrier that never x-rays their packages. We can only accept these returns if they come by UPS or the items are no longer in a "sellable" condition for us. We don't want to sell any items that may have irradiation by-products in them.
